Dose: Oral – 2.5 mg
Frequency: once daily

Condition: Hepatic impairment: cirrhosis and severe hepatic impairment
Dose: Oral – 2.5 mg
Frequency: on alternate days
Note: Reduce dose by 50% in patients with cirrhosis and severe hepatic impairment; recommended dose: 2.5 mg on alternate days.
