Adult Dose

Indication: Pancreatic insufficiency
Age: Adult
Dose: Tablet – 1-3 tablets
Frequency: daily
Note: by mouth with meal

Child Dose

Indication: Exocrine pancreatic insufficiency due to cystic fibrosis or other conditions
Age: Infants (up to 12 months)
Dose: Oral – 2,000 to 4,000 lipase units per 120 mL of formula or per breastfeeding
Note: by mouth (oral)
Indication: Exocrine pancreatic insufficiency due to cystic fibrosis or other conditions
Age: 12 months to less than 4 years
Dose: Oral – 1,000 lipase units/kg
Frequency: With every meal; half dose with each snack
Note: by mouth (oral)

  • Take with meals
  • Swallow whole, do not crush
