Adult Dose

Clinical InformationAdministration Information
Indication: Chronic Lymphatic (Lymphocytic) Leukemia
Dose: Oral Tablet – 0.1 mg/kg
Frequency: once daily
Duration: 3 to 6 weeks
Note: Reduce initial dose if administered within 4 weeks after a full course of radiation or myelosuppressive therapy or patients with bone marrow disease. Not to exceed 0.1 mg/kg per day if bone marrow infiltrated with lymphocytes.
Indication: Chronic Lymphatic (Lymphocytic) Leukemia
Dose: Oral Tablet – 0.4 mg/kg (increased by 0.1 mg/kg per dose until response or toxicity observed)
Frequency: biweekly
Note: Reduce initial dose if administered within 4 weeks after a full course of radiation or myelosuppressive therapy or patients with bone marrow disease. Not to exceed 0.1 mg/kg per day if bone marrow infiltrated with lymphocytes.
