Adult Dose

Indication: Active immunisation against yellow fever
Age: Adult
Condition: Primary Vaccination
Dose: Subcutaneous Injection – 0.5 ml
Frequency: single dose
Note: Given preferably into the deltoid area, at least 10 days prior to travel.

Dose: Subcutaneous Injection – 0.5 ml
Frequency: every 10 years
Note: For those at continued risk of exposure.

Child Dose

Age: greater than 9 months
Dose: Subcutaneous injection – 0.5 ml
Note: preferably into the deltoid area for children greater than 3 years and thigh area for children less than 3 years, at least 10 days prior to travel
Age: greater than 9 months
Condition: Continued risk of exposure
Dose: Subcutaneous injection – 0.5 ml
Frequency: every 10 years
Note: Booster dose

  • Monitor for 30 minutes after injection

Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Do not use this vaccine after the expiry date which is stated on the carton after EXP. The expiry date refers to the last day of that month. Store in a refrigerator (2°C-8°C). Do not freeze.
