Condition: Dysuria, increased urinary frequency/incontinence, nocturia, suprapubic pain, urinary incontinence, urinary tract irritation, urinary urgency
Dose: Oral – 100-200 mg
Frequency: every 6-8 hours
Note: administered by mouth (oral)
