- Suicidal thoughts and behaviors in adolescents and young adults
- Hyponatremia
- Interstitial lung disease and eosinophilic pneumonia
- Serotonin syndrome
- Elevated blood pressure

- Narrow-angle glaucoma
- Activation of mania or hypomania
- Discontinuance syndrome
