Adult Dose

Indication: Menopausal vasomotor symptoms
Age: Adult
Dose: Oral – 2.5 mg
Frequency: once daily
Note: Symptomatic relief occurs within few days, but optimal results are obtained minimum after 3 months.
Indication: Prophylaxis of postmenopausal osteoporosis
Age: Adult
Dose: Oral – 2.5 mg
Frequency: once daily
Duration: 5-10 years
Note: To prevent osteoporosis in post-menopausal women or after oophorectomy an uninterrupted longer therapy is needed.
