Adult Dose

Indication: Chronic Hepatitis C
Age: Adult
Condition: Genotype 1 or 4 (HCV Mono-infected and HCV/HIV-1 Co-infected)
Dose: Tablet – 400 mg
Frequency: once daily
Duration: 12 weeks
Note: Should be used in combination with Peginterferon alfa and Ribavirin. Taken with or without food. A dose recommendation cannot be made for patients with severe renal impairment or end stage renal disease.
