Dose: Oral - Initially 25 mg Frequency: once daily Duration: 2 weeks Note: Followed by 50 mg once daily for 2 weeks; thereafter, increase the dose by a maximum of 50-100 mg every 1-2 weeks to usual maintenance doses of 100-200 mg daily, as a single dose or in 2 divided doses. Some patients may require up to 500 mg daily. |
