Dose: Intravenous – 500-750 mg
Frequency: every 12 hours
Indication: Intra-abdominal Infections
Condition: Mild to moderate
Dose: Intravenous – 250-500 mg
Frequency: every 6 hours

Child Dose

Dose: Intravenous – 60–100 mg/kg/day

Dose: Intramuscular – 60–100 mg/kg/day

Condition: Renal impairment: Creatinine Clearance 31-70 ml/min
