Adult Dose

Dose: Oral – 50-150 mg
Frequency: three times daily

Dose: Intramuscular – One ampoule
Frequency: twice daily
Note: Injection should be given slowly.

Child Dose

Dose: Oral – 5 mg/kg daily
Frequency: three divided doses

Age: 6-14 years
Dose: Oral – 2-4 mg/kg daily
