Adult Dose

Indication: Prophylaxis of skeletal events in patients with breast cancer and bone metastases
Age: Adult
Dose: Oral – 50 mg
Frequency: once daily
Indication: Postmenopausal osteoporosis; Prophylaxis of postmenopausal osteoporosis
Age: Adult
Dose: Oral – 150 mg
Frequency: once monthly on the same date each month
Note: Missed once-monthly dose: If next scheduled dose is greater than 7 days away: Take dose the next morning and return to original schedule; if next dose is less than 7 days away: Wait until the next scheduled dose; 2 tablets must not be taken within the same week

Frequency: once weekly
Indication: Prophylaxis of skeletal events in patients with breast cancer and bone metastases
Condition: Renal impairment with Creatinine Clearance 30-49 ml/min
Dose: Oral – 50 mg
Frequency: every other day
Administration
  • Take on empty stomach
  • Take with full glass water
