Adult Dose

Condition: Without cirrhosis or with compensated (Child-Pugh A) cirrhosis
Dose: Oral – 60 mg (plus sofosbuvir 400 mg)
Frequency: once daily
Duration: 12 weeks

Condition: Decompensated (Child-Pugh B or C) cirrhosis or posttransplant
Dose: Oral – 60 mg (plus sofosbuvir 400 mg)
Frequency: once daily
Duration: 12 weeks
Note: plus ribavirin
