Adult Dose

Indication: Premature Ejaculation
Age: Adult: 18-64 years
Dose: Oral – 30 mg
Frequency: approximately 1-3 hours before sexual activity
Note: Subsequent doses adjusted according to response. Maximum: 60 mg. The dose should not be taken more than once in 24 hours. Review treatment after 4 weeks (6 doses) and at least 6 months thereafter.

Renal Dose

Condition: Mild or moderate renal impairment
Dose: Tablet – No dose adjustment required
Note: Caution is advised. Use with caution if eGFR 30–80 mL/minute/1.73m2.
Condition: Severe renal impairment
Dose: Tablet – Not recommended
Note: Avoid if eGFR less than 30 mL/minute/1.73m2.
