Note: Dose to be taken at the same time each day, starting on day 1 of the cycle, then continuously. Used alone.

Dose: Oral – 150 mcg
Frequency: once daily

Child Dose

Indication: Prevention of pregnancy
Age: Postpubertal adolescents
Dose: Tablet – 0.15 mg desogestrel / 0.03 mg ethinyl estradiol
Frequency: Once daily for 21 days, followed by 1 inert tablet once daily for 7 days
