Adult Dose

Indication: Plaque Psoriasis, Psoriatic Arthritis, or Behcet’s Disease
Dose: Tablet – 10 mg
Frequency: once daily in morning
Duration: Day 1
Note: Titrate to the recommended dose of 30 mg twice daily to reduce risk of gastrointestinal symptoms.

Note: For initial dosage titration, skip afternoon doses
