Adult Dose

Indication: Cleansing of the colon as a preparation for colonoscopy
Age: Adults 18 years of age or older
Condition: Evening before the colonoscopy
Dose: Oral Tablet – 4 tablets
Frequency: every 15 minutes
Note: Total of 20 tablets; take with 8 ounces of clear liquids.
Indication: Cleansing of the colon as a preparation for colonoscopy

Condition: Day of colonoscopy starting 3 to 5 hours before the procedure
Dose: Oral Tablet – 4 tablets

Indication: Constipation & Bowel Cleansing
Age: less than 2 years
Dose: Rectal Enema – Do not use
Note: Indicated as laxative in the relief of occasional constipation and as part of a bowel cleansing regimen in preparing the colon for surgery, x-ray or endoscopic examination
Indication: Constipation & Bowel Cleansing
Age: 2-4 years
Dose: Pediatric Enema – one-half bottle (approximately 30 mL)
Note: Administer rectally; prepare dose by unscrewing cap from bottle and removing 2 tablespoons of liquid (30 mL) with a measuring spoon, replace cap and administer remaining liquid; Indicated as laxative in the relief of occasional constipation and as part of a bowel cleansing regimen in preparing the colon for surgery, x-ray or endoscopic examination
