Indication: Metastatic Colorectal Cancer Age: Adult Condition: Monotherapy (Regimen 1 - Weekly) |
Dose: Intravenous infusion – 125 mg/m² Frequency: Days 1, 8, 15, and 22, then 2 weeks off, then repeat Note: Infuse over 90 minutes. Patients should be premedicated with antiemetic agents. Atropine treatment should be considered in patients that experience cholinergic symptoms. Adjust dose per protocol. Hepatic impairment: Dose reduction may be necessary. |

Dose: Intravenous infusion – 350 mg/square meter Frequency: every 3 weeks Note: Infuse over 30-90 minutes. Patients should be premedicated with antiemetic agents. Atropine treatment should be considered in patients that experience cholinergic symptoms. Adjust dose per protocol. Hepatic impairment: Dose reduction may be necessary. |
