Adult Dose

Indication: Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia/Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma, Waldenstrom Macroglobulinemia
Dose: Capsules – 420 mg
Frequency: once daily
Note: taken by mouth once daily (three 140 mg capsules once daily)
Indication: Mantle Cell Lymphoma
Dose: Capsules – 560 mg
Frequency: once daily
Note: taken by mouth once daily (four 140 mg capsules once daily)
