Adult Dose

Indication: Erectile dysfunction
Age: Adult
Condition: Use as needed
Dose: Oral – 10 mg
Frequency: once daily as needed
Note: Taken prior to anticipated sexual activity. The dose may be increased to 20 mg or decreased to 5 mg, based on individual efficacy and tolerability. The maximum recommended dosing frequency is once per day in most patients.
Indication: Erectile dysfunction
Age: Adult

Dose: Oral – 2.5 mg
Frequency: once daily
Note: Taken at approximately the same time every day, without regard to timing of sexual activity. The IntimateTM dose for once daily use may be increased to 5 mg, based on individual efficacy and tolerability.

Dose: Oral – 40 mg
Frequency: Once daily
Note: Max Dose: 40 mg
Indication: Pulmonary arterial hypertension

Note: Max Dose: 40 mg

Renal Dose

Indication: Erectile dysfunction
Condition: Mild renal impairment (Creatinine Clearance greater than 51 mL/min)
Dose: by mouth – dosage adjustment not needed
Note: No dosage adjustment needed
Indication: Erectile dysfunction
Condition: Moderate renal impairment (Creatinine Clearance 30-50 mL/min)
Dose: by mouth – 5 mg
Frequency: once daily
Note: Initial dose; maximum dosage 10 mg by mouth every 48 hours
