Condition: Ophthalmic |
Dose: Ophthalmic Drops – One or two drops Frequency: every 4 to 6 hours Note: Instilled into the conjunctival sac(s). During the initial 24 to 48 hours, the dosage may be increased to 1 or 2 drops every two hours. Care should be taken not to discontinue the therapy prematurely. |

Indication: Prevention of infection and post-surgical ocular inflammation |
Dose: Ophthalmic Drops – 1 drop Frequency: four times daily Duration: from 1 day before surgery until 15 days after surgery Note: Instill in the eye to be operated on. |

Storage
Store in a cool place, below 30°C, protected from light. Once the container is opened the contents must be used within 28 days and may be stored at room temperature up to 30°C. Discard after the 28 days. Keep out of reach of children.
