Adult Dose

Indication: Metastatic melanoma
Age: Adult
Dose: Intravenous – 2-4.5 mg/kg
Frequency: daily
Duration: for 10 days
Note: repeat at 4-week intervals

Dose: Intravenous – 150 mg/m²
Frequency: once daily for 5 days
