Administration

- agranulocytosis
- pain and burning sensation at Injection site

- hypotension and tachycardia
- Stevens-Johnson syndrome
- toxic epidermal necrolysis
- acute generalised exanthematous pustulosis
- acute renal tubular necrosis and hepatotoxicity
