Adult Dose

Condition: Starting dose
Dose: Nasal Spray – 220 mcg (4 sprays)
Frequency: into each nostril once daily
Note: The recommended starting dose is 220 mcg (4 sprays) into each nostril once daily.

Dose: Nasal Spray – 110 mcg (2 sprays)
Frequency: per day
Note: When the maximum benefit has been achieved and symptoms have been controlled, reducing the dose to 2 sprays (110 mcg) per day has been shown to be effective in maintaining control of the allergic rhinitis symptoms.

Child Dose

Frequency: once daily
Note: Maximum dose is 4 sprays (220 mcg) into each nostril once daily. Reducing the dose to 2 sprays (110 mcg) per day has been shown to be effective in maintaining control once symptoms are controlled.

Age: 6-12 years
Dose: Nasal spray – 2 sprays (110 mcg) into each nostril
Frequency: once daily
Note: Recommended starting dose. Children not responding adequately to 110 mcg per day may use 4 sprays (220 mcg) in each nostril once daily.
