Adult Dose

Indication: Deep vein thrombosis prophylaxis
Condition: Knee replacement surgery
Dose: Tablet by mouth – 10 mg
Frequency: once daily
Duration: 12 days
Note: May take with or without food. Administer initial dose at least 6-10 hours after surgery once hemostasis has been established.
