Adult Dose

Indication: Spasticity
Age: Adult
Dose: Oral – Initially, 25 mg
Frequency: daily
Duration: increased gradually at 7-day intervals over 7 weeks
Note: Discontinue if no response after 45 days of treatment. Max: 100 mg 4 times daily.

Dose: Oral – Initially, 0.5 mg/kg
Frequency: once daily
Note: may increase gradually to 2 mg/kg 3-4 times daily; Maximum: 100 mg 4 times daily
