Adult Dose

Condition: As methenamine hippurate
Dose: Oral – 1,000 mg
Frequency: twice daily

Dose: Oral methenamine mandelate – 18 mg/kg
Frequency: 4 times daily

Age: 6-12 years
Dose: Oral methenamine hippurate – 500-1,000 mg
Frequency: twice daily
