Indication: Parkinson's disease Age: Adult Condition: Initial dose |
Dose: Tablet (by mouth) – 1 tablet Frequency: once daily Note: Each tablet contains levodopa and carbidopa in a ratio of 4:1 and entacapone 200 mg. Titrate dose according to patient's response. Recommended to take only 1 tablet per dose administration. Maximum: 8 tablets/day. |
