Adult Dose

Dose: Tablet – 20 mg
Frequency: once daily
Note: The usual dose for adults is one tablet (20 mg) daily.

Child Dose

Dose: Tablet – 20 mg
Frequency: once daily
Age: 6 to 11 years
Dose: Orodispersible tablet – 10 mg
Frequency: once daily

Renal Dose

Clinical InformationAdministration Information
Condition: Moderate or severe renal impairment
Dose: Tablet – 20 mg
Note: Coadministration of bilastine and P-glycoprotein inhibitors (such as ketoconazole, erythromycin, cyclosporine, ritonavir, or diltiazem) should be avoided as it may increase plasma levels of bilastine and therefore increase the risk of adverse effects.

  • Take on empty stomach
  • Take 1 hour before meals or 2 hours after meals
