Adult Dose

Indication: KRAS Wild-type, EGFR Expressing Metastatic Colorectal Cancer
Condition: KRAS mutation-negative (wild-type), epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)-expressing colorectal cancer (CRC) in combination with irinotecan, fluorouracil, leucovorin for first-line treatment or in combination with irinotecan in patients refractory to irinotecan-based chemotherapy or as a single agent in failed oxaliplatin- and irinotecan-based chemotherapy or in patients intolerant to irinotecan
Dose: Intravenous infusion – 400 mg/m2
Frequency: once (initial dose)
Duration: over 120 minutes
Note: Subsequent doses are 250 mg/m2 once weekly.
