Adult Dose

Age: Adults and Adolescents
Condition: Genotypes 1-6, without cirrhosis
Dose: Tablet – 3 tablets (300 mg/120 mg total dose)
Frequency: once daily
Duration: 8 weeks
Note: Take by mouth with food.

Condition: Genotypes 1-6, compensated cirrhosis (Child-Pugh A)
Dose: Tablet – 3 tablets (300 mg/120 mg total dose)
Frequency: once daily
Duration: 12 weeks
Note: Take by mouth with food.

Child Dose

Indication: Acute or chronic hepatitis C virus genotype 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 infection
Age: 3 years and older
Dose: Packets – 150 mg/60 mg (three 50 mg/20 mg packets)
Frequency: once daily
Note: by mouth (oral); Maximum Dose: 300 mg glecaprevir and 120 mg pibrentasvir daily
Indication: Acute or chronic hepatitis C virus genotype 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 infection
Age: 3 years and older
Dose: Packets – 200 mg/80 mg (four 50 mg/20 mg packets)
Frequency: once daily
Note: by mouth (oral); Maximum Dose: 300 mg glecaprevir and 120 mg pibrentasvir daily
