Child Dose

Frequency: every 12 hours
Indication: Acute Otitis Media
Age: 6 months old-12 years old
Dose: by mouth (oral) – 30 mg/kg/day
Frequency: divided every 12 hours
Duration: 10 days

Renal Dose

Dose: Form – Half normal dose
