Adult Dose

Indication: Acute coronary syndrome
Age: Adult
Condition: Loading dose (following ACS event)
Dose: Oral Tablet – 180 mg (two 90 mg tablets)
Frequency: once
Note: Administer by mouth. Administer with aspirin: Initial aspirin loading dose of 325 mg.

Dose: Oral Tablet – 90 mg
Frequency: twice daily
Note: Administer by mouth. Administer with aspirin: maintenance dose of aspirin of 75-100 mg/day; DO NOT exceed aspirin dose of 100 mg/day.
