Indication: Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease |
Dose: Inhalation – 25 mcg/100 mcg (1 actuation) Frequency: once daily Note: Administered by mouth (oral inhalation) for long-term, once-daily, maintenance treatment of airflow obstruction with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, including chronic bronchitis and/or emphysema; also approved to reduce chronic obstructive pulmonary disease exacerbations. Hepatic impairment: No dosage adjustment required. |

Indication: Asthma Condition: patients not adequately controlled on a long-term asthma control medication (e.g., inhaled corticosteroid), or whose disease severity clearly warrants initiation of treatment with both an inhaled corticosteroid and a long-acting beta agonist (LABA) |
