Adult Dose

Indication: Burkitt's lymphoma
Age: Adult
Dose: by mouth – 10-25 mg/day
Frequency: once daily
Duration: for 4-8 days
Note: repeat after 7-10 days.
Indication: Choriocarcinoma
Age: Adult
Dose: by mouth – 15-30 mg/day
Frequency: once daily
Duration: for 5 days
Note: repeat after an interval of at least 1 week for 3-5 courses.

Child Dose

Indication: Polyarticular Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis
Dose: by mouth (oral) / intramuscular / subcutaneous – 10 mg/m²
Frequency: every week
Indication: Meningeal Leukemia
Age: less than 1 year
Dose: intrathecal – 6 mg
Frequency: every 2-5 days

Renal Dose

Condition: Renal impairment with Creatinine Clearance 61-80 ml/min
Dose: Dosage - 75% of dose
