Dose: Oral Solution – 10 to 20 mL or 2 to 4 teaspoonfuls (200 mg/200 mg per 5 mL strength) Frequency: Four times daily or as directed by a physician Note: by mouth (oral); Maximum Dose: 80 mL or 16 teaspoonfuls in 24 hours |
