Dose: Cream/Ointment – Clobetasol Propionate 0.05% + Neomycin Sulphate 0.5% + Nystatin BP 1,00,000 IU Frequency: 1-2 times daily Duration: until improvement occurs Note: Apply a thin layer onto the affected area(s). Not to be used for greater than 7 days without medical supervision. |

- Clean affected area
- Apply thin layer
Side Effect
- Perioral dermatitis
- striae esp in flexures
- Dermal and epidermal atrophy esp on the face
- steroid purpura
- Prolonged usage of large amount of clobetasol propionate can lead to sufficient systemic levels to produce adrenal suppression
- Cushing's syndrome
- diabetes and hypertension
