Adult Dose

Indication: HER2-overexpressing metastatic breast cancer
Dose: Oral – 1250 mg
Frequency: once daily
Duration: Days 1-21 continuously in a repeating 21-day cycle
Note: Indicated in combination with capecitabine (2000 mg/m²/day by mouth divided every 12 hours) on Days 1-14 for patients whose tumors overexpress HER2 and who have received prior therapy including an anthracycline, a taxane, and trastuzumab.
Indication: Hormone-positive and HER2-positive advanced breast cancer
Age: Postmenopausal
Dose: Oral – 1500 mg
Frequency: once daily administered continuously
Note: Indicated in combination therapy with letrozole 2.5 mg by mouth once daily for women for whom hormonal therapy is indicated.
