Adult Dose

Indication: Erectile dysfunction
Age: Adult
Dose: Oral – 50 mg
Frequency: about 1 hour before sexual intercourse
Note: May adjust dose depending on penile response. Maximum: 100 mg per dose and not to be taken greater than once in 24 hours.

Note: Lower initial dose.

Child Dose

Dose: By mouth – 10 mg
Frequency: Three times daily
Indication: Pulmonary arterial hypertension
Age: 1 to 17 years old
Dose: By mouth – 20 mg
Frequency: Three times daily
Note: Max Dose: 40 mg three times daily (for patients weighing greater than 45 kg)

Renal Dose
