Adult Dose

Indication: Induction of Ovulation & Pregnancy
Dose: Subcutaneous Injection – 250 mcg
Frequency: one day following the last dose of follicle-stimulating agent
Note: use only after adequate follicular development has been determined; hold treatment if there is an excessive ovarian response

Indication: Prepubertal cryptorchidism not due to anatomical obstruction
Age: 4 to 9 years
Dose: Intramuscular Injection – 4,000 USP units
Frequency: Three times weekly
Duration: three weeks
Indication: Prepubertal cryptorchidism not due to anatomical obstruction
Age: 4 to 9 years
Dose: Intramuscular Injection – 5,000 USP units
Frequency: Every second day
Duration: four injections

PreFilled Syringe must be stored refrigerated between 2-8° C before being dispensed. PreFilled Syringe may be stored for no more than 30 days at room temperature up to 25° C but must be used within those 30 days. Protect from light. Store in original package. Discard unused material.
