Adult Dose

Indication: Mantle Cell Lymphoma
Condition: Patients who have received greater than or equal to 1 prior therapy
Dose: by mouth – 100 mg
Frequency: every twelve hours
Note: Continue until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity
