Administer one tablet orally at the same time every day, with or without food, for 28 consecutive days. Each cycle consists of 24 active tablets followed by 4 inert tablets. Start on the first day of menses or use non-hormonal backup contraception for the first seven days if starting later. In the event of vomiting or severe diarrhea within four hours of ingestion, an additional active tablet should be taken. This combination is intended for females of reproductive potential and is not recommended for individuals with a body mass index of 30 kg/m² or higher due to potentially decreased efficacy. Check serum potassium during the first cycle in patients taking chronic medications that may increase potassium levels. Monitor for signs of thromboembolism and hepatic impairment.
