Adult Dose

Dose: Intravenous – 6 mg/kg
Frequency: every 12 hours
Duration: for first 24 hours
Note: loading dose

Frequency: every 12 hours
Note: maintenance dose; Hepatic impairment: Mild to moderate (Child-Pugh category A and B): Standard loading dose but maintenance doses should be reduced by 50%

  • Take on empty stomach
  • Take 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals

Keep out of reach of children. Store in a dry place, below 25°C temperature and protected from light. Store Voriconazole powder for suspension between 2° to 8°C temperature.
