Administration

Apply this combination topical treatment regularly to affected areas as a leave-on emollient or soap substitute for all age groups. As a leave-on application, smooth gently into the skin in the direction of hair growth without vigorous rubbing. When used as a soap substitute, apply to wet skin, massage gently, and rinse off, then pat dry with a soft towel. For bath emollient versions, add directly to warm water and soak before patting dry. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Patients should avoid standard soaps as they may deactivate the antimicrobial ingredients. Due to paraffin content, advise patients to stay away from naked flames and wash dressings or clothing regularly at 60 degrees Celsius to minimize fire risk. If breastfeeding, apply sparingly to nipples only after feeds and wipe away before the next session. Use caution in individuals with acne-prone facial skin or known hypersensitivity to any component.
