Adult Dose

Indication: Prophylaxis of migraine

Dose: Oral – Initially, 0.5 mg
Note: Increase gradually as necessary. Maximum: 4.5 mg daily (maximum less than 3 mg/dose). Hepatic impairment: Dose adjustment may be needed.
