- Take with water
- Space doses evenly throughout day

- mydriasis
- blurred vision
- lightheadedness
- giddiness
- disorientation
- GI effects (eg nausea, vomiting, epigastric distress, constipation)
- allergic reaction (eg rash)
- muscular weakness
- vertigo
- confusion
- hallucinations at high doses
- tremor
- acute suppurative parotitis
