Adult Dose

Indication: Bone and joint infections, Respiratory tract infections, Genitourinary Tract Infections, Otitis Media
Age: Adults
Dose: Oral – 250 mg
Frequency: every 6 hours
Duration: 7 to 14 days
Note: Adults 1 to 4 grams/day in divided doses. Duration of therapy ranges from 7 to 14 days depending on the infection type and severity.
