Adult Dose

Indication: Painful muscle spasms associated with musculoskeletal conditions
Age: Adult
Dose: Oral – 5 mg
Frequency: three times daily
Note: May increase to 10 mg three times daily if needed. Treatment should not last more than 2-3 weeks. Maximum: 60 mg.

Dose: Oral – 5 mg
Frequency: every 8 hours
Note: by mouth (oral); may increase dose to 10 mg by mouth (oral) every 8 hours as needed
