Dose: Oral Solution – 15 mg Frequency: every 6 hours Duration: for 10 doses Note: Starting 24 hours after the start of methotrexate infusion. Continue administration until serum levels of methotrexate is less than 0.05 micromolar. May also be given via intramuscular/intravenous injection. |
