Dose: Tablet/Syrup – 10-20 mg Frequency: three times daily |

Indication: Irritable Bowel Syndrome Age: Adult |
Dose: Tablet/Syrup – 20 mg Frequency: by mouth (oral) every 6 hours Note: May increase up to 40 mg every 6 hours. If efficacy not achieved in 2 weeks or adverse effects require dose less than 80 mg/day, therapy should be discontinued. Safety data not available for doses greater than 80 mg/day for periods greater than 2 weeks. |

Administration
- May be taken with or without food
- Take before or after meals
